Hoo Farm is a family-run countryside attraction nestling in 32 acres of woodland and paddocks in the heart of Shropshire. The farm is well over 100 years old and has been a dairy farm, tree nursery, and award winning farm attraction, but most of all it has been a happy home for the Dorrell family since 1988.
Edward and Carolyn Dorrell opened the farm in 1991 after numerous requests by people, and have an abundance of farm and unusual animals all of whom have a special place at Hoo Farm.
The farm is home to owls, ostriches, ferrets, lizards and snakes, wallabies, emus, meerkats, parrots and alpacas. Go carts, pony rides and much, much more, including the famous Sheep Steeplechase and the unique Galloping Goats.
