T-Live: It's all about McFly!

To get us in the mood for T-Live tomorrow (eek!) We've taken a look at what we love most about Danny, Harry, Dougie and Tom.

T-Live: It's all about McFly!

McFly are headling T-Live tomorrow

They were the youngest act ever to hit number one in the UK and now McFly are making history again becoming the first major act to ever perform in Telford.

 10 amazing years
It may not seem like it, but McFly have been around for a whopping ten years. They first burst onto the scene way back in 2003 with ‘5 Colours in her hair’ which went straight in at number one! Since then, we have been treated to five albums and their sixth studio album is set to be released this year. With the band promising this album features “some of their best songs yet” We can’t wait!

Tom’s Wedding Speech
Watching this turned us into blubbering messes... We wondered whether we’d ever never find a man quite as a romantic as Tom Fletcher. So if you aren't in the 8 million who have already watched it, the video is basically Tom changing the lyrics to some of the best Mcfly songs to make the ultimate musical wedding speech. If you’ve got some tissues to hand check out the video below:

Just My Luck
Ok, so maybe it wasn't a massive Hollywood blockbuster… but It was a film!   The boys appeared in the 2006 film Just My Luck starring alongside Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine. However, it was drummer Harry’s relationship with Lindsay Lohan that stole the headlines. The pair shared a drunken night together… although apparently they did a little more than sit up and talk all night!

Reality Bites
There’s a King of the Jungle, a Ballroom Champion and, erm a popstar to opera star. (Vocalist Danny Jones took part in an ITV show, where several popstars tried their hand at opera singing... Yes, that actually was a show... He was booted off in the fourth week in 2010.) Luckily bandmates Harry and Dougie turned things around when they both on two of nations top reality shows. Drummer Harry danced his way to glory on the Strictly Come Dancing Ballroom whilst bassist Dougie was crowned king of the jungle in I’m a Celebrity Get me out of here.

T-Live is set to be the biggest music event ever held in Telford and over 3,000 people are expected to attend.
Headliners McFly will be supported by Stooshe, Loveable Rouges and Britain’s Got Talent stars Luminites. Local bands The Making and MADISION will also be performing.
