A huge collection of Doctor Who memorabilia that runs to about 300 items will go under the hammer at auction in the next few days.
Visitors to the Shrewsbury headquarters of Halls have been welcomed by a full-sized Dalek, which has become so popular that Doctor Who fans have been turning up to have selfies taken with it.
It will be sold in Halls’ toys and collectibles auction on Wednesday. In addition to the Dalek, the collection includes a DVD merchandise stand in the form of the Doctor’s Tardis, a 1960 Give-a-Show project from the first series of Doctor Who and a large number of Dalek models, including a radio-controlled example. The collector comes from Llandudno.
