Liam Payne and Cheryl post pics of puppy - described as 'new family member'
Celebrity lovebirds Cheryl Cole and Liam Payne have shared a touching photograph of the newest member of their 'family', a tiny 'adorable' puppy.
Sharing the picture on Instagram, Cheryl showed Wolverhampton's Liam reclining back on the sofa with the playful pup standing delicately on his chest, looking straight into the camera.
Taking their romance to the next level with this latest addition to their relationship, the pair shared the photo on Sunday to their thousands of fans. The picture achieved 145 thousand likes.
To accompany the snap, Cheryl wrote: "Our new family member, he is beyond cute.. the dog is adorable too @toosmallforteacups thank you (sic)"
Fans of the couple clearing approved, with a total of 8,931 comments on the picture including one fan writing "Aww (sic) so cute!".
The news follows speculation that Cheryl introduced Liam to her family after he was spotted in her hometown of Newcastle last week.
It also comes after Cheryl attended Liam's sister Ruth's wedding in Tettenhall, Wolverhampton, last month. Cheryl was careful not to upstage the bride, wearing a fairly plain-looking grey dress and black platforms.
Cheryl and Bushbury-born Liam were snapped as they rocked up to the back entrance of the United Reformed Church, Mount Road, in Tettenhall Wood. The reception took place at Somerford Hall, Brewood, Staffordshire.
Ruth, who is Liam's older sister, studied at the City of Wolverhampton College and is one of two Payne sisters alongside Nicola. Her close bond with her brother and her tweets about reality television have helped to propel her to a celebrity status of her own as she closes in on one million followers on Twitter – currently on 993,000.
