He likes his drinks shaken not stirred, he’s suave and sophisticated, popular with the ladies – and is a ruthless killer.
And now James Bond – arguably the most famous fictional spy today – is back.
After months of speculation the new 007 movie has been announced as Spectre.
Daniel Craig returns for his fourth Bond movie, with filming starting next week.
The new movie, which will also feature Oscar-winning star Christoph Waltz and Moriarty actor Andrew Scott, is named after the shadowy terrorist organisation created by Bond author Ian Fleming, which first appeared in his novel Thunderball.
Bond will once again be driving an Aston Martin, this time a DB10. Movie fans saw a previous Aston, his vintage DB5, blown to pieces in Skyfall. Locations for the new film will include London, Mexico City, Rome, Morocco’s Tangier and Erfoud, as well as Solden in Austria, which promises to see Bond returning to the ski slopes.
Spectre will be the 24th Bond film – with the much-loved spy being a regular on the big screen for more than 50 years.
So with the release of the new movie, we celebrate some of the classic 007 films – and ask Express & Star readers to guess the movies from the scenes above.
