I know one on the list, The Newbridge and agree that their carvery is tasty and good value for money. My last carvery was at a chain (think jug) and the meat was cut so thin it was possible to see through it. I complained because my thin slice of beef was mostly all fat, the chap carving it said this piece is nearly all fat!! but the other end of the huge rib was without fat. Also i know that there was a bin for left overs that was contracted out. (dog food) My point is that portions of meat should be controlled more favourably towards the customer.
