A Mini show is really motoring after attracting one of its best ever turnouts at the weekend.
The British Mini Club staged the event at Himley Hall, near Dudley, which was attended by 2,000 Mini enthusiasts.
There were more than 300 cars on display at the show.
Dave Hollis, a member of the club’s Midlands branch, said: “It was very good. We were very pleased.
“The weather was kind to us for this year’s show.
“It was probably the best weather we have had for about five years.
“We have had over 2,000 mini enthusiasts turning up so it is a good attendance.”
The show featured a premier class concours competition with 12 different classes to choose from, catering for every model of Mini.
Running alongside, there was the Mini Show ‘n’ Shine display, with sections for both classic and modern models of the iconic car.
