Vintage and custom Volkswagen classics are flocking to Weston Park this weekend.
Camper Jam is taking place on Saturday and Sunday to celebrate the much-loved VW Bus. Now in its eighth year, it has become one of the most popular VW shows with people travelling from all over the UK and Europe to soak up the party atmosphere.
The event is aimed at owners and lovers of the cult VW Bus in all its model and types. Activities on offer to entertain adults and children of all ages include fancy dress parties, cheerleading and line dancing workshops, live bands, food village, trade stands and hundreds of iconic VW Buses on display.
Event director Shelley Bond said: “With live bands, hundreds of traders, a food village, plenty of children’s activities, a funfair, our K9 family dog show and cooking in a camper competitions, we’ve pulled out all the stops to make Camper Jam 2015 entertaining for all ages.
“Camper Jam is known as a truly family friendly, fun-filled event and despite having so much going on our visitors will always find a chilled out, take it easy vibe at the show this summer. Whilst weekend camping tickets have sold out there is still the opportunity to soak up the atmosphere of the show by visiting for the day on either Saturday or Sunday.”
