Queen’s 90th birthday party at Oak House Museum

A party event to mark the Queen’s 90th birthday is being held at a West Bromwich museum.

There will be cream teas on the terrace at Oak House Museum, Oak Road, on June 12, from 2pm to 5pm, organised by the museum’s volunteer group. There will be games and craft activities for children including crown making.

The Oak House also has its summer fair on July 12, from noon to 4pm.

Oak House Museum boasts fine panelling and is furnished with 17th century furniture. The half timbered yeoman farmer’s house was built about 1630. Museum admission is free.
